Issue with Disassembling Instructions in NXP MK82FN256VLL15 Trace Script

Hello,

I’m using the NXP MK82FN256VLL15 with a trace script, but when extracting traces for certain workloads, I encounter an error when receiving the following instructions:

5450
4410
5356
5130
5304
5240
5048

The error message is:
"Failed to disassemble instruction."

Attached is an example of the error (see image below).

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
