Consider not depending on Helm for installation

By using helm in src/extension.ts:106 you're sort of expecting Helm to be installed and Tiller to be set up in minikube, which in my case wasn't true. Maybe these instructions would be a bit more reliable?

Not relying on Helm dependency would be great IMO, but maybe another approach would be some sort of a Helm pre-install script as a fallback? 🤔
