Perform this step if all of the following are true:

  * You deployed Elastic Runtime previously.
  * You then stopped Elastic Runtime or it crashed.
  * You are re-deploying Elastic Runtime with a backup of your Cloud Controller database.

1. Click **Restore CCDB Encryption Key**.

1. Enter your **Cloud Controller DB Encryption Key**.
