Remove #quick-questions

This channel ends up being used for discussions that should be threaded. Maybe we could have a pinned post in the support forum to explain how to use it, to make it less intimidating

Could we keep it and just not respond to longer questions in the channel instead prompting them to make a support post. Hopefully after a few redirections people will get the idea?
