Description
For SR2024 we emailed the supervisors both the instruction sheet and the answer sheet on the morning of Kickstart, which worked well, but missed it for SR2025. We should do it again in future.
To include:
- prepare an answer sheet
- getting review on the worksheet (and the answer sheet), including checking all the links work
- worksheet in the docs (i.e: Update the link to this year's microgames docs#618)
- worksheet at
/microgames(i.e: Update the link to this year's microgames ansible#77) - email links to the worksheet and the answer sheet to the supervisors (i.e: Add an email with the microgames details team-emails#162)
- post link to the worksheet in Discord (probably actually the link to the docs page)
- post link to the answers sheet in #team-supervisors in Discord
