There should be a task for the competitor booklet

This should include both designing, ordering, and booklets being received (noting the lead time is usually 2 weeks from ordering to receiving).

Ideally the existing swag task should list this task as a replacement for the current bullet point of competitor booklet.

This task should have dependencies of:

• The floorplan being complete
• Sponsors being confirmed
• Day schedule confirmed

Would also be useful for this to include order details, such as our usual supplier, booklet size, type of paper (for the cover and inner pages), etc.
