Preparation for comp/feedback/gather-team-feedback needs to happen before the competition, not least because we typically start prompting for feedback before or during the event.
This should therefore be a separate task than the post-competition followup, so that it can be on a separate milestone. Currently it is easily missed until very shortly before (or potentially after) the competition.
