Maybe remove the event-specific insurance task

We should confirm that our general insurance covers events and then drop the year-specific task.

Given that having liability insurance is essential, we should still have the task even if it's only to confirm with the Trustees that our general insurance still covers us. Equally this is probably best suited as a Committee task.
