Clarify team supervisor expecations

Things we should include in our internal docs around interacting with teams.

Couple of learnings from SR2024:

Some supervisors provided a landline number which was the school, which isn't useful for contacting them outside of term time or at events. We should clarify in our comms that we need to be able to use the phone numbers for that purpose.

Competitor asked in Discord:

If we need to bring a different adult to the one that registered us to the SR competition, is there any information that we need to fill in for you guys?

I've responded:

If this is in addition to the adult we have details for then that's fine, no need to do anything.
If this is instead of them, then please could you ask the current supervisor to email us with the details of the person who'll be responsible for the team at the event (ideally CC them too).

I then noted in Slack:

Not sure if that's our formal policy, though I think we should expect to have the contact details for the responsible adult brining the competitors. Unless there's a reason to do something different we should probably put this into the runbook.

Some supervisors provided a landline number which was the school, which isn't useful for contacting them outside of term time or at events. We should clarify in our comms that we need to be able to use the phone numbers for that purpose.

This happened again in SR2025 even though we specifically added text about not doing so. It turns out that some schools issue mobiles to teachers specifically for events and the teacher may not know the phone number until they're actually assigned the phone, which is just before the event. This may therefore be something we need to cope with rather than being able to prevent.
