Add a lookup for the Zotero user account against the Syriaca editors list

Ideally this would be a generalized process, but at the very least we want to replace the cbss_admin user account with a reference to an editors.xml entry for "Editorial Board of The Comprehensive Bibliography on Syriac Studies".

• Add "Editorial Board of The Comprehensive Bibliography on Syriac Studies" to the Syriaca editors.xml file
• Determine how best to implement this in the transform (config file? adding the Zotero URI to the editors.xml file? other method?)

We may, for example, need a similar case for project-specific additions such as JoE Admin, etc.

Related to this (maybe a separate issue?) is wanting to have an option to customize the text node in respStmt/resp - add to the config?
