Zotero subject tags revisions for CBSS and taxonomy

For CBSS, we may want to revise how we encode subject tags as we refine the taxonomy and prepare for the Linked Data features.

• At present, we want to make sure we are ignoring tags that start with _ or ! as these are control tags used only for managing the Zotero library
• Whitespace normalization and merging of duplicates? (there are some white space inconsistencies that could be cleaned up automatically during the transform process) -> capitalization as well?

Looking towards the future, it may be worth thinking about how to integrate some of the crosswalking work between the Zotero tags and the Syriaca taxonomy to replace the keywords with URIs where possible? This might help with deduplication, etc. We could also then use dcterms subject rather than dc elements subject, since the predicate is a URI.
