Not able to connect from local kubectl to K8s cluster running on vagrant in remote machine

Cluster Info

1. Ubuntu machine in local network.
2. Installed Vbox and vagrant.
3. Created the cluster with 1 master and 2 workers with flannel network interface.
4. Able to connect to the cluster from the kubectl running on the Ubuntu machine.

Issue

1. Not able to connect to the kubernetes cluster from another machine in the same network running the Ubuntu machine.
2. Port forwarded from host machine to port 6443, getting certificate error.
