RNTI changes when one plus 12 connected to a USRP-X310 gnb

Hi everyone, I have managed to connect an Oneplus 12 to an srsRAN gnb using USRP-X310. For Oneplus 12 you have to open VoLTE otherwise the phone will not find the network.

However, the performance is not satisfied. The throuthput is 5Mbps for DL and 0 for UL. Besides, the RNTI of the same UE changes during the connection, which makes me confused. The configs are as below:

• srsRAN version: 24.04
• radio: usrp x310 connecting to a server(12900KF) with 10GE
• 30MHz FDD N3
• PLMN: 00101
