Error: Prior Collection

When opening SSASDiag, after a ~10 seconds I get the error: "Prior collection terminated without complete shutdown. Partial log displayed for the last collection, which terminated expectedly." This happens at every startup. See below:

There could be a rouge or hung service process causing this. If you kill all processes from TaskManager that start with SSASDiag*, then delete %temp%\SSASDiag and C:\Windows\Temp\SSASDiag, that should fix this and reset the state.

i m facing the same issue, i followed all steps but the problem is the same, i'm not able to launch SSAS Diag due to this error reported by ejmereen, could you please help?
