Add filter settings in plain text to the filter geojson

We discussed that the hashing of the filter settings causes avoids readability of the geojsons. If I am correct the following options should be implemented:

• Add all filter settings to the filter geojson - additionally to the hash
• Implement option to read those settings in the user interface

IIRC, we settled for #317 where the filename of the pipeline is written into the GeoJSON for informational purposes.
