Move to next version of func_adl_xAOD

This next version includes a large number of changes:

• No longer need the AsROOTTTree in func_adl
• Dictionaries can be used to indicate column names
• Tuples still work just fine - and one doesn't even need column names if one is willing to live with col1.
  • AsROOTTTree is supported.
• Extensive cleanup
  • Test coverage in github ci is now close to 95%
  • Code that was not being used to generate C++ output was removed (some will be moved into other packages as needed).

Before this can be closed:

• Make sure the proper version of func_adl is tagged. As of writing this issue there were some outstanding changes required there.
• Run David's tests on an installation of servicex to make sure it is working
