New pricing schema needed

As some providers charge differently based on how many tokens are in the input or generated (which is also gaining popularity), I think a new pricing schema is needed. The current one only allows for a fixed pricing, the new one should specify at which token count it applies to.

Here is for instance Gemini 2.5 Pro from Google. From 200k tokens and upwards, Google operates with a different pricing.
