global_phone_dbgen not working on version 1.0.1

Hi,

The latest gem version is 1.0.1 and the global_phone_dbgen is not working for that version.

This is primarily because the link to PhoneNumber resource("http://libphonenumber.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/resources/PhoneNumberMetaData.xml") is returning 404 error.

It would be helpful, if a new version is released with the updated link to the resources.

I understand the purpose of this issue is to get the gem fixed, but meanwhile, this work-around suggested by @padde in Issue 14 still works.
