/my-account/operator/edit-metadata - doesn't submit

When adding Operator info on edit-metadata page, and submitting, the Update button just rotates without progressing. After some trial and error it seems like there is a char limit on the 'Description' field, and when exceeded the info can't be updated, but there is no error displayed to the Operator on why it doesn't progress. When shortening the info in 'Description' the info can be submitted.

If there is a limit, it would be helpful to display what this is or let the user know when it's exceeded.
