[Bug]: Note to be reviewed shown in wrong tag folder

Describe the bug

As shown above, the only tag with this note is `#EnglishWord` but it appears in `#EnglishPhrase` folder. Meantime, some notes which should be in `#EnglishPhrase` folder disappeared.

To Reproduce

I can't reproduce it because once I close the obsidian program and reopen it, the bug disappear. However, I've met this situation several times. Just wondering what's happening there.

Expected behavior

If I can refresh the add-on without frequently close and reopen Obsidian, it could be much better.

I just find out that the problem is: when the property is refreshed, the note appears in all the categories (i.e. tags) instead of only appear in the tag it belongs to.

I've fixed this in PR #1266 4 months ago, but it has not been merged. This project is dead, IMHO.

I agree, I also think this project has been abandoned. If I add in your code changes from PR #1266 manually and skip updates, the problem will be resolved. Is my assumption correct?

It will, however before applying this, please make a backup of your data.

I think you should just clone my repository and use that, since I built my solution to the last update, so since the last official release the code haven't changed - expect my changes. I use it the same way.

Honestly, I think developers should continue this project in a different repo, but they don't seem to be very active these days. I, myself, am not interested in the flashcard part of the project only the note review, but I am willing to do it, if others maintain the core of the project.

Would you please be able to share your main.js? I cloned you repository and I see a ton of TypeScript files, which I have no idea how to "compile" into a single main.js. I only speak C++ and Python. :(

UPDATE: I hacked your code from the PR into the middle of main.js after removing the type annotations. It seems to be working, but I'd be more at ease if I could have your trusty version of main.js still :)
