Greetings, I have two active notifications shown on the badge on the app in MacOS and I just can't find where they are and how to clear them. Thank you!

Thanks for the report — I filed this as a feature request here: #5256

Framed as: make macOS notification badge state discoverable and clearable from inside Orca, so a non-zero badge count always has an obvious source or clearing path.
