Add application:platform_supports?

Do we need a property that allows specifying a list of application types that a platform can execute?
Would only apply to links with the relation type application-platform.

Just catching up with the extension. Is it intended for usage with openEO for instance? In that case the reference platform could be referenced using application-platform

An openEO instance might be one of them, but could also be something completely different (e.g. Hugging Face, a specific OGC API instance or so)
