Verbose mode

It would be great to have a verbose mode where it's possible to see progress happening. For example, this takes quite a while:

stac-check -r https://storage.googleapis.com/earthengine-stac/catalog/catalog.json

@schwehr stac-validator https://github.com/stac-utils/stac-validator has a --verbose mode.
$ stac-validator https://storage.googleapis.com/earthengine-stac/catalog/catalog.json --recursive --verbose

[jonhealy1]

It looks like it may be validating some items multiple times though
