Keep running into “API Error” and “NETWORK Error”

I am trying to invoke anthropic and perplexity apis to perform retrieval and summarization in my app. I built the Python program first in Claude and it worked without any errors. Then I copied the working code into my prompt and asked bolt.new to build the front end. While the front end renders it does not invoke the business logic or the LLM calls.

Despite many "Attempts to Fix" the issues till persist and don't go away. I can confirm that the API keys are correct, were set up correctly in the .env file and still can't get the app to work
