In a reply to an email I sent the Head of Customer Success: "We don't have a specific timeline on token reloads, and there is a possibility that they will not return for the base Pro plan. My recommendation is to upgrade to a higher-tier plan if you need additional tokens in a timely manner." |

Fortunately, the Head of Customer Success contacted me regarding my interest in adding additional tokens to my account. I explained my reasoning and he indicated he would make sure my perspective was shared with the team. I certainly appreciate their willingness to listen and consider user thoughts and concerns. |

Is the plan to allow us to purchase additional tokens, or no? I’m not going to upgrade to another plan due to the ongoing issues but would purchase more tokens. If there is no plan to make additional tokens available, ill likely drop the tool and give it time to mature.
