You can cancel your subscription in stripe. click on subscription > then choose any package and click upgrade to pro (just to open stripe you won't be charged) > then you will see cancel subscription button in the right side

This is ridiculous. Their own support does know their product and instruct following menu options that DO NOT EXIST.

I'm super upset that I can't cancel my subscription also. Their contact phone number goes to an error tone, and their contact email goes to the Wordpress theme designer. I followed the recommendation of a NYTimes article by Kevin Roose to check out Bolt--thought that would vouch for it not being a scam. Now I'm concerned that I downloaded the code it wrote for me and tried to run it through my terminal. How big of a scam is it exactly?
