When i reload it said imported the project but none of the files created before was loaded in

Did you reload while the responses from the AI were streaming or had the project finished?

If so the files must not have been written yet, but in that case it should show a message asking you to confirm you want to navigate away. Did you see that message?

We have changed some things related to persisting files, could you try and again and see if it's now resolved?
