Text erroneously appended to end of file, e.g. "</content>"

Issue: Text is erroneously appended to the end of file. Often a breaking change. Frequently seen with tag. Collecting similar issues here to investigate further.

I am occasionally experiencing the same issue. I am seeing the <content> tag appearing either at the beginning of the file or end of the file.
