[Chore]: Integration tests do not cleanup muxing rules

Description

Our integration testing script should cleanup resources created via CRUD API at the end of each test.

Additional Context

Our integration test script configures a custom provider to test muxing, but does not remove it at the end of the test. If a provider is already present, the test scripts logs an error, but swallows the exception, causing the test to pass despite tests on muxing not being run at all.

This is not a problem in CI, where a brand new instance is set up each time, but is very problematic in local testing.
