Debug Mode Logging

Currently, we log a bunch of things out that we probably don't need to unless a user chooses to see it. Debug mode --debug is probably the right candidate for doing this.

Debug logging flag added in feat: connect logger up to debug flag allowing to enable/disable debug logging #277. However we need to figure out how to set this for the logging file. The CLI output only shows the DEBUG logs if you want them too, but the logging file still includes DEBUG entries regardless.
