Improve UX of the ToolHive CLI

Currently we use a nice and simple CLI experience. But to improve UX we should consider making it a bit more interactive and pretty.

Options include using tools like:

• https://github.com/charmbracelet/lipgloss
• https://github.com/charmbracelet/bubbletea

An example of this would be the list command.

Here are the two examples, the top is using the lipgloss table with some colouring and formatting, the bottom is what we currently do.

We could leverage the possible interactive nature of the CLI to remove the user from typing. For example, to get the logs of a container, we could program the thv logs command to open an interactive table, they select the container they want the logs for, and it shows the logs in a tail format. As opposed to running a thv list to get the container name, then running thv logs containerName -t.
