Indication of tag in `\stacksinclude`

Somehow `\stacksinclude` should incorporate `\stackscite`, in the sense that the output should contain an indication of the tag we are referring to. The numbering of the included tag is of course local to the document, but maybe we should use named environments for this? This then clashes with environments that already were named. And of course: not every tag is an environment...
