Configuration Question

I am wondering if this is unique to my situation, or Im just doing something wrong.

Using the uptime robot configuration, with these 2 settings.

          resyncPeriod: 3600
          creationDelay: 1m

App1
2:49 pm: Deploy new Chart with an ingress
2:52 pm Get notification its 'down'
3:04 pm Get Notification its up.

App2
2:58 pm: Deploy new chart with an ingress

never get a slack notice its down/up

In uptime robot itself i can see

Started: 2020-04-09 13:50:11
Down: 2020-04-09 13:52:25
Up: 2020-04-09 14:04:37

App2
Started: 2020-04-09 13:59:21
Down:
Up: 2020-04-09 14:04:41

Im just not sure if the problem is coming from Uptime Robot, or how I am configuring IMC. The monitors are always created, and I always get a down notification if it goes down at a later date. But the notice I get into slack, is very hit or miss.
