🐛 Describe the bug

无论下载的是安装版还是解压版，在启动后就只能卡在加载界面
查看日志发现它疑似陷入循环加载
我不确定这是否因为我的设备特殊(winlator)
已经下载最新.net8 runtime
试过很多版本，只有最新的32位稳定版能打开
openutau应该不是太吃配置的，我之前运行fl都能打开
