Pass tribe uuid and tribe host as part of the url when opening secondbrain

We need the Apps to pass the tribe uuid and tribe host as part of the URL when opening secondbrain in Sphinx.

e.g. https://second-brain.sphinx/?uuid=12345&host=host

Acceptance Criteria

• Open secondbrain from within a tribe passes the tribe uuid and host as part of the url
