Soft ignore a node functionality for test purposes

## Task

If a user view a list of untested items in Hive, a user might want to ignore a function/endpoint for test purposes.

We should have a way to flag the node that it should be ignored (on the node itself OR a blank test node + edge).

The main issue I see is resyncing the graph, we'd need to keep that state
