Review the script that checks for the devcontainer.json (around https://github.com/stakwork/workspaces/blob/main/workspace_controller/app.py#L537) and make sure it can install extensions specified.

We should also support any feature that the devcontainer.json specifies like Github Codespaces does.

If there is a better way of doing this, should be implemented.
