Drag and drop a geojson into Maperture

Describe the request

To build on #44 and #169

We were talking about a client project and thought it would be very helpful to be able to drag and drop a geojson into Maperture to quickly see new data alongside an existing style (cc @almccon).

Thinking about how this would work from a UX perspective:

• some sort of messaging to confirm that the data has been added / error messaging if it didn't work
• info about any restrictions (size is the main one that comes to mind)
• drag and drop onto a specific frame to add it only to that frame, or would it be better to drag and drop it to all frames together? i'm thinking the former; curious to hear your thoughts @almccon
• this layer should be inspectable via tooltip like vector tile features are
• some way to remove it; perhaps a simple trashcan or x to remove it
• simple universal styling

Are there other things I didn't mention here @almccon? I'm happy to sketch these ideas out once we align on what we want from this tool

I seem to remember part of the conversation being that the GeoJSON would/could replace an existing vector tile source (eg to see updated roads). Seems more complicated UI-wise since you have to pull the GeoJSON in and then select a source layer to replace, and it wouldn't work if the attributes don't match the expected attributes. This seems relevant because the use case we were discussing revolved around being able to see updated data in the style you're working on, not just seeing new data overlaid on a style.

ah right, i forgot that part! it definitely seems more complicated that way. i can think about what that would look like in terms of UI

Yeah I don't think we need a general purpose tool (at this point). For my use case the primary goal is to speed up the cycle of iteration where we're blocked on refreshing tiled data. So the dragged GeoJSON file should fully replace one of the tile layers, and the style for that layer should be applied to the new GeoJSON as best it can.

I figure the onus should be on the user to make sure the GeoJSON has the right fields to more-or-less match what's already in the tile data.

I can see maybe we'd want a kind of xray view for the dragged GeoJSON that you could toggle on, just to confirm that your data landed in the right place and has what you expect, but that would only be useful for debugging if the original style didn't show anything. Most of the time you wouldn't need this.
