LZR quit immediately after reading all the inputs

Dear authors of LZR, I found that lzr will quit immediately after reading all the inputs, even if there are still packets on the way, and this will make it lose some scanning results.

I did a little modification to the LZR, and it will not quit until there is no relative packet being captured for three seconds.
