finger print json files

Hi FAST developers,

@sf-wilbur and I have question about the fingerprint json files (e.g. fp_input_CI_CDY_EHZ.json). Is there an automatic routine to set these files up? We could not find one, and it seems quite tedious to set this up for all stations in our network. Can you please give us some guidance on this? Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out. You are right that we do not provide an automatic script for generating json files.

Within the JSON file, you probably won't need to customize the "fingerprint" and the "performance" subfields for each station. The "data" subfield is related to where you store the data and the names of the data files. Hopefully it will not be too hard for you to write a custom script to populate these fields.
