[FEATURE] Don't just search in English, search in other languages relevant to the query too. #378
Description
LLMs are better than (most) humans at languages, they can fluently read and write any high-resource language and have some capabilities with many others.
There is a lot of knowledge in the internet that is expressed in English, but there is more to be found by searching in other languages too (and translating the result).
It would be great if Storm was able to determine which languages are the most relevant to the topic and then search for the results in all those languages.
Example:
Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia share a unique bread making tradition. Searching in English generates fair results, but searching in the native languages produces a better effect.
