Getet latest status (status_id) functionality #50

Hi
When I use pull_statuses without since_id or created_after I get blocked by Cloudflare quite often
I want to capture the latest status id to use for since_id parameter
I could use created_after, but some accounts last posted a year ago and some created many posts since then (pulling all of them would also cause CloudFlare block)
Is there anything I can use ? Is anyone working on a feature like this, or should I try to add it myself ?
