Clear "modifications were stuck"

Hi,
When make file for my modpack i got some "WARNING: X modifications were stuck"
It's not really a problem i find the error and I continue, but there's a way to reset X to 0?

I'm bored of this messages even the X didn't increase... And restart Minecraft is not a good option: i don't wan't to wait 5 min each time I mistake in my scripts.
