Confusion when initializing the project

Would be a good thing to show the scarb init menu to ensure the user selects the correct version with stakrnet foundry. Without this, the Cairo one doesn't compiles Starknet.

Having an example of the expected Scarb.toml file could help the user to check at this step the correct setup.
