develop lagrange internal

Hi,

I am reading https://github.com/starkware-industries/stark101/blob/master/tutorial/Stark101-part1.ipynb I have the feeling `Interpolating a Polynomial`  chapter in not enough developped. I do not have the internals of `interpolate_poly` python function. Not everything is required but at least just the necessary.
