Login to (production) CP on Solo license

Hey Guys,

Super new to Statamic so forgive me for asking dumb stuff here. I have a local DDEV environment for my personal website running. Created a user with the php please make:user command, which works just fine. However, how do I create a CP user on the production version of my website?

I can't seem to create one without activating the Pro license, and I can't seem to find a default user as well.

Any help would be highly appreciated.

Assuming you're not ignoring users from version control, you should be able to login using the same details you used locally. Users are stored in the users directory.

You need to upgrade to Statamic Pro in order to create multiple users.

Okay - do you have any rows in the users table?

Yes, locally I have one row in my DB containing my user

But do you have anything in your production database?

There was a record on the production website. Copied the local password into the password field and changed if afterwards. My issue is solved for now. Thanks for the quick replies and help. I'm used to Craft CMS, so this partially DB and partially flatfile philosophy is new to me.
