[6.x] Slow refresh rate during browser resize when editing an entry with lots of fieldtypes

Bug description

If you edit an entry with lots of fieldtypes and you change the browser size, the layout refresh rate is very slow. It takes a bit until the layout renders in the new width. I've tried to make a video.

You see it e.g. in the dark background on the right or in the CP nav on the left.

How to reproduce

Edit an entry with lots of fieldtypes and resize the browser window.
