Exposure of index.html #1

Hello! As we're using this repo for the Azure Static Web Apps documentation, with a quick getting started (again, not intending this to be a long term use case for someone) but did find that we expose the SWA and it's YAML by placing the index.html in the root of the repo.

In my own repo, I have put it in another folder, thus not allowing the YAML to be exposed when deploying the SWA using ADO. Just a suggestion that a folder is created for the index, so that if an Action/Pipeline is created, there isn't exposure from the root folder. Just thinking of setting good best practices for the community.
