Broken Link in README.md: "StatsBomb is always hiring!" redirects to generic website

The link for "StatsBomb is always hiring!" in the README.md file is currently broken. Instead of directing users to a careers page or job listings, it redirects to a generic BambooHR login portal i.e., https://www.bamboohr.com/.

To Reproduce

• Go to the main page of the statsbomb/open-data repository.
• Scroll down to the "StatsBomb is always hiring!" section in the README.md.
• Click the link.
• Observe the redirect to the BambooHR login page.

Expected behavior
The link should ideally point to the public StatsBomb careers page (e.g., https://statsbomb.com/careers/) or a specific job board where applicants can view open roles.

I just noticed that, I'd take this up! There isn't no careers page apparently, so I'd add the link of the StatsBomb page.
