Improvement: Make it clear when community is featured #104
Description
There is 1 community listed as featured in the directory at: https://community-dapp-git-review-status-im-web.vercel.app/featured
Despite being on the featured tab, it is not clear if the community is currently featured or not due to the language used. For example, "This community has been featured recently" and the action button "Feature this community!" make it sound like the community was previously featured but is not currently.
